Refund to bank account can take to 10 bussiness days

These conditions apply to all the services provided by Bayt Al Saboun AL Loubani, by paying via TAP. If the items are damaged, Bayt Al Saboun Al Loubani will be responsible to send a refund of the purchase. Refund policy will not be applied for damaged or lost products after 15 days of the payment date. Bayt Al Saboun Al Loubnani is not responsible for the customer’s shipment while it’s within Aramex custody.
